Our mission to inspire more to embrace a natural approach to complete wellness extends not only to our customers in our remedies, but also to our team members! In celebration of National Nutrition Month, our wellness committee put together a whole foods potluck to reinforce the belief that nature and its bounty can be thy medicine!
Dishes ranged from oat and coconut protein bites to roasted chickpeas, to sweet potato, lentil, and kale stew!
Though we could talk for hours about the amazing benefits of a diet rich of the earth and the overwhelmingly positive feedback we got from the event, we believe the smiling faces (and yummy food shots!) speak for themselves.
A special thank you to all Native Remedies team members who made this event possible, and to all the team members who came to enjoy the fruits of their labor! Yet to come this month is healthy cooking lunch and learn event compliments of a local chef, as well as an abundance of nutrition trivia and prizes!
